We urge you – Main Unit and Philly.com members alike – to be vigilant over the course of this contract with regard to the improvements in weekend added responsibility pay, holiday pay, step increases, turnaround time, and more. If you have any questions about the new contract, please ask.
We will let you know when the company can get the terms of the ratified contracts into its payroll system.
As for the company’s newly instituted dress code, we’re on it – awaiting the delivery of 450 CWA baseball caps and tank tops.
